Please note: do not send credit card details via email. We take all the precautions we can to secure the Itpa email service, but messages sent over the internet may pass through computer systems over which we have no control, and so we cannot accept liability for misuse of any credit card information sent over email. Conference Terms & Conditions

Conference Attendance Fee £1500

The fee includes a hard copy of the Working Papers and attendance at all conference sessions and evening receptions. It also includes pre-lunch drinks, the set lunch and refreshments on both conference days. It does not include accommodation. Gold Members (those who have attended four or more of the last eight conferences) are eligible for a discount of £200 off the attendance fee.

Working Papers

A hard copy of the Working Papers will be provided at registration. Members will be able to download a copy from the website from 19th May 2023.

Welcome Dinner

We will be holding a Welcome Dinner for all members and partners who wish to attend. The three course dinner with wine will cost £210 per person. Please indicate on the booking form whether you wish to attend.

Itpa Membership

Paid-up membership of Itpa is a requirement for taking part in conferences arranged by the Association, unless you are attending your first Itpa conference as a Guest Member.

Payment

All payments may be made by credit card (Amex, MasterCard or VISA) and are debited in sterling. Payments may also be made by cheque or bank transfer. If you wish to pay by cheque in a currency other than GBP, please ask the Registrar to tell you the corresponding amount.

Cancellations

Any refund of the attendance fee is at the discretion of the Committee, but it is the policy of the Committee to make a full refund, less a service charge of £30, if a cancellation is made at least two weeks before the event.
