The President
Milton Grundy
An English barrister and head of Gray's Inn Tax Chambers, London. He has written a number of books about tax, of which the most recent are More Essays in International Tax Planning (Keyhaven 2007), (with Aparna Nathan) Offshore Business Centres, 8th Edition (Sweet & Maxwell, 2008) and Six Fiscal Fables (ITPA, 2010). Founding member and President of the Association.
The Committee

Nigel Goodeve-Docker
Nigel Goodeve-Docker is a former English solicitor specialising in private client affairs, with particular emphasis on trusts and financial structures for inheritance and tax purposes, both in and outside the UK. He has extensive experience in the "offshore" world. Previously a senior partner with London solicitors, he now practises on his own account. He is a member of STEP, has spoken at ITPA meetings and at other conferences, and written widely in professional journals.

Stephen Gray
An American lawyer based in England since 1991, specialising in international tax planning. Educated at Johns Hopkins University (BA), American University (JD) and Georgetown University (LL.M.-Tax). Mr Gray previously served as a federal law clerk and as a Trial Attorney with the US Department of Justice (Tax Division). He was previously on the faculty of George Mason University, Graduate School of Tax Law and Accounting. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the ITPA and is currently an adjunct Professor of Law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California.

Francis Hoogewerf
Francis Hoogewerf FCA, UK chartered accountant and Luxembourg tax specialist. He set up Hoogewerf & Co in Luxembourg in 1970. A founding member of the ITPA.

Marshall J. Langer
An American-trained lawyer, Marshall has returned to Florida after living and working in Europe and the Caribbean for over 20 years. He writes and lectures extensively on the use of tax havens, tax treaties, tax information exchange agreements, and how to acquire a new residence and citizenship. Co-author for 30 years of Rhoades & Langer: U.S. International Taxation and Tax Treaties (6 volumes, LexisNexis Matthew Bender). Also founding author of Langer on Practical International Tax Planning (2 volumes, Practising Law Institute). He is currently a Professor of Law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, California, teaching online courses in international taxation to students from all over the world.

Richard Pease
Richard Pease is an English Solicitor and is Counsel to Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva, where he specialises in international tax and estate planning. He is a founder member of the Association. He is a member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law and was Chairman of STEP Worldwide in 2006 and 2007.

Roy Saunders
Roy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He is the author of International Tax Systems and Planning Techniques and other well-known works. His most recent book is entitled Principles of International Tax Planning. He runs International Fiscal Services, which provides international tax advice to companies and individuals throughout the world.

Herman Troskie
Herman Troskie (B Juris, LLB, LLM) is the Managing Partner of M Partners, the Luxembourg law firm in the Maitland network of law firms. Maitland is an international firm providing wealth services to private and institutional clients, and has over $125 billion in international assets under administration. Herman has extensive experience in international structuring for corporate entities, with a particular focus on European cross-border investment and financing structures. His practice also includes advising on the listing of companies and investment funds on different European stock exchanges. Herman is a non-executive director of a number of private and public companies and investment funds. He qualified as a South African Attorney in 1997, and as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2001. Herman is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.

Administration

Management of the Association is in the hands of the Committee, chaired by the President.

Administration of our meetings is carried out by Elizabeth Husband, our Convention Director.

Enrolment and renewal of membership is carried out by Paula Banks, our Registrar.
